She ensured that our home truly reflected our vision for our family home. Tony’s high standards of quality control as our construction supervisor was very reassuring. He is extremely thorough and has excellent attention to detail. We knew that we were in experienced hands and this is evident in the finished product. From the first day I went to your office looking for some advice after dealing with another company who treated us appallingly and had so many faults in the contract they would have left us penny less and with a half done house. How glad are we that we decided to call in and chat about what we could do. You instantly put us at ease with your non-pushy approach, visible competence & experience and the friendliness of the whole team. You turned a bad experience into a fantastic one, we are so happy with our new home, its exactly how we pictured it. Making the decision to build not buy can be a scary step, thinking about how much is this really going to cost us at the end of the day – now that we have been through the process it wasn’t scary at all & even better, no hidden costs to worry about. Thank you for having an easy and transparent contract that truly did cover everything & having staff that can say ‘you might want to think about adding your TV antenna or you will get the best views if you turn the house this way’ so many things to think about but you have got everything covered for us. We were so excited to move in to our new house, everyone told us that builders never stick to their timeframes, well everyone was wrong, we moved in right on schedule & had unpacked just in time for Christmas. Feedback from our bank was that your invoicing was clear and prompt and made their work easy & being contactable when they needed you made the progress payments run smoothly. We are happy to say that there were no major problems with any aspects of the building process & any minor hiccups were as simple as a phone call to Tony to check and rectify, it was never a problem for Tony, who was always meticulous with detail and wanted the house as perfect as we did. Comments we are receiving is how beautiful the home is but also how solid and well built it is. The emails along the way to notify us of what was happening each week were fantastic, alleviated all the anxious guessing work for us. I could praise you guys for hours and mean every word I say, our appreciation is endless, our home is perfect & thank you so much for making this so easy.
